<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용되도록 한 후 사용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인해 매입하는 행위에 ‘5년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>
