소액결제서비스 업계에서 가장 과소 평가 된 기업

포털 네이버와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 11월7월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 수기한 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 하지만 이후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이와 같이 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.

25일 업계의 말을 인용하면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 휴대폰 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있을 것이다.
신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “핸드폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 유사한 구조이기 덕에 본인이 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 이야기 했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “핸드폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있습니다”고 설명했었다.
