Kelantan school term dates often differ from other Malaysian states due to its unique academic calendar, which aligns with regional holidays like Hari Raya and Chinese New Year. Typically, the school year starts in early January, with short breaks in March and June, and a longer year-end holiday from November. Parents should check the Kelantan education department's official schedule for exact dates each year.
